Grammy Nominated and Multi-Platinum Super Producer/Rapper Shawty Redd surrendered himself to autorities early this morning after an altercation at his home led to the murder of an unidentified male resident.
Shawty Redd is best know for his production credits on Snoop Dogg’s Eo Trip, “Sensual Seduction”.
The rapper/producer had just completed an impromptu interview with SEA Radio Show of the Year for 2008 Ridin Durty Radio on WRFG, hosted by Big VicXL a few days prior. Redd called into the show and took in a few comments and questions from the host and talked about a few issues that were on the table for 2010. During the interview, he did not elude to any personal or financial issues that would lead to the events that took place on the first day of the new year.
